We want you to love your Away products, which is why we offer a 100-day trial period for all suitcases and a 30-day return window for all other accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items for any reason within these timeframes.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Items
Place your items back into their original packaging or a similar sturdy box, ensuring all original components are included, and attach the shipping label.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse receives and inspects the shipment.
